A Medieval Lady

Cassandra looks completely different than she did when I received her! It's hard to believe it's the same doll.

First, this gal received a full reroot. Instead of the usual blonde locks she had before, now she has long, beautiful golden brown hair. Then it curled into loose ringlets.

Next... all of her original face paint was removed, and then she was lovingly repainted with artist quality acrylic paint. She now has warm brown eyes and deep burgundy lips. To give her a more life-like appearance, her face was also lightly shaded. To protect her new look for years to come, I used a high quality sealer.

Her gorgeous medieval gown is made from a deep purple-burgundry velvet. Her full sleeves are lined in black satin, and then the entire gown trimmed with tiny black beads. I used these same beads to create her custom jewelry as well.

On her feet she wears handmade ankle boots made out of very thin black leather. They are so cute!

Like all my dolls, Cassandra comes with her own custom stand. It's cover with black leather, and has her name & my logo stitched onto the bottom.
